We are a young and dynamic artisan company specialized in the production of frozen ready meals. Our family-run company was born from the desire to offer authenticity, practicality, efficiency and above all quality to our customers. Our meals stand out and conquer the palates of gourmets thanks to their goodness and have earned respect and credibility in the Rome market and beyond! We successfully address the Horeca, GDO and Private Label markets.

Our dishes are completely artisanal, they do not contain chemical compounds, nor colorants, nor preservatives, nor palm oil. But that is not what makes them special, different from those of the competitors who all have the same flavor and are corrected with bicarbonate and artificial flavorings full of glutamate (WE KNOW, it makes your heart hurt to read these things). We do not make carbonara with bacon! We use REAL GUANCIALE. We do not make cacio e pepe with poor quality cheeses! We use real PECORINO ROMANO.

The TWIN BAKERY SYSTEM is our exclusive patent, created by our founder, which allows us to create first courses that, despite the freezing to which they are subjected, maintain their organoleptic characteristics intact and which therefore, once revived, are very tasty, almost as if they had just been sautéed! This revolutionary system combined with the choice of quality raw materials guarantees a winning result.

In just a few years, our company has grown exponentially, we have moved to increasingly larger buildings to meet growing market demand and we have equipped ourselves with the best technologies available, which however do not betray the deeply artisanal nature of our meals!
